GAF Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty
The transferable warranty covers both material defects and workmanship for up to 50 years on materials and 25 years on workmanship. Roofing warranties ensure that the roof will be in good condition after the installation. It covers both the material defects, and workmanship defects. GAF® offers three levels of warranties for your roof.
CertainTeed SureStart™ Warranty
This warranty protects you with SureStart™. Talking about the benefits of the warranty- it has coverage of all the costs of shingles to either replace or repair defective shingles. Moreover, it covers the cost of labors in order to repair those shingles that are defective. It is also transferable from one property owner to the first subsequent owner.
